Privacy Policy

ImmortalFuture ("we," "us," or "our") is currently in a pre-launch, waitlist-only phase. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect today, through our waitlist and careers pages, and how we handle it. It also describes, in general terms, how we intend to handle personal data once our full platform launches.

Because ImmortalFuture is designed to store deeply personal material, including life stories, family history, financial legacy information, and sensitive family records, we take privacy seriously from day one, even before our product is live.

1. Information We Collect Today

At this stage, ImmortalFuture only collects the following:

• Waitlist submissions: your name, email address, and any optional message you choose to share about your interest in ImmortalFuture.
• Job applications: any information you voluntarily send to our careers email address, including your resume, cover letter, and any attachments you choose to include.
• Basic site analytics: standard, non-identifying technical data our hosting provider may log, such as browser type and approximate location, used only to understand site traffic.

We do not yet operate a live archiving product, and we do not currently collect, store, or process personal archives, family histories, photos, voice recordings, or any of the content categories described elsewhere on this site. Those data practices will be detailed in a future version of this policy before the product launches.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To notify you when ImmortalFuture launches or when waitlist spots open
• To communicate with you about your job application, including next steps and our hiring process
• To understand interest in ImmortalFuture and improve what we build before launch
• To respond to inquiries sent to our contact addresses

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your waitlist or application information with third parties, except as required to operate basic services like email delivery or our website host.

3. Future Product: Our Commitments

When ImmortalFuture's full platform launches, including paid archiving, AI presence features, and family vault tools, we commit to the following principles, which will be detailed fully in an updated policy before launch:

• You will own your data. Archived content belongs to you and the family members you choose to share it with.
• Sensitive material, including family secrets and private records, will be encrypted and access-controlled by you.
• We will never use your personal archive content to train AI models for any purpose beyond generating your own personal AI presence, without your explicit, separate consent.
• You will be able to export or delete your data, subject to the inheritance and access instructions you've set up.
• We will clearly disclose what happens to your archive in the event of your death, including any verification process required before access is granted to designated family members.

4. Paid Tiers Are Coming

ImmortalFuture currently offers no paid product to the public. Paid subscription tiers are planned for launch and will offer expanded storage, additional AI presence features, and family vault capacity. Pricing, billing, and payment data handling will be disclosed in full before any paid tier becomes available. Joining the waitlist does not commit you to any purchase.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Our site may use minimal, standard cookies necessary for basic site functionality and anonymized traffic analytics. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Data Retention

Waitlist and job application information is retained until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer relevant to our hiring or launch communications, whichever comes first.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you've submitted to us by emailing info@immortalfuture.world. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Changes to This Policy

As ImmortalFuture moves from waitlist to a live product, this policy will be substantially updated to reflect our full data practices. We will notify waitlist members by email before any material change takes effect.
