These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ImmortalFuture website, including our waitlist, careers, and contact pages (collectively, the "Site"), operated by ImmortalFuture, based in Houston, Texas. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
ImmortalFuture is currently in a pre-launch phase. We do not yet offer a live archiving product, AI presence features, or paid services to the public. These Terms apply to your use of the Site as it exists today, and will be substantially expanded before our full platform launches.
You must be at least 18 years old to join our waitlist, apply for a position, or otherwise submit personal information through this Site. By submitting information, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Joining our waitlist does not create any contractual or financial obligation, for you or for us. It does not guarantee access to the platform at launch, a specific launch date, or any particular pricing or features. We may, at our discretion, prioritize, limit, or close waitlist access at any time.
Information submitted through our careers email is used solely for recruitment purposes. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, an offer, or any form of engagement with ImmortalFuture.
Certain roles at ImmortalFuture require completion of a paid training program or skills assessment prior to a final hiring decision, as communicated directly to applicants who advance in our process. Any deposit associated with this training is refundable upon hire, under the terms communicated to you at the time of payment. ImmortalFuture will clearly disclose, before any payment is made, what happens to your deposit if you are not ultimately hired.
Once ImmortalFuture's full platform launches, including paid archiving tiers, AI presence generation, and family vault features, these Terms will be substantially updated to address, at minimum:
You will be asked to review and accept updated Terms before creating a live account on the platform.
ImmortalFuture intends to offer paid subscription tiers upon launch, providing expanded storage, AI presence features, and family vault capacity beyond any free offering. No payment is currently required or accepted through this Site for the platform itself. Specific pricing, billing terms, and a separate payment authorization will be presented before any charge is made.
The ImmortalFuture name, logo, and the content of this Site, excluding any personal information you submit, are the property of ImmortalFuture. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose Site content without permission.
This Site, and the waitlist and careers functions it provides, are offered "as is." Because ImmortalFuture is pre-launch, no guarantees are made regarding future product features, timelines, or availability.
We may update these Terms as our product develops. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
